1. ELIGIBILITY

2. SERVICES

StatPulse AI is an educational sports analytics platform that provides AI-powered statistical insights, match analysis, predictive analytics, and related sports data for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We are NOT a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, or betting service. Our platform does not accept wagers, facilitate gambling, or pay out winnings of any kind. All content is educational in nature.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Sports outcomes are unpredictable. StatPulse AI does not guarantee:

Winning bets or profits
Accuracy of statistical analytics
Future performance based on past results

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make, financial losses incurred, and compliance with laws in your country.

5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

You authorise payment processing through our payment provider
Access begins once payment is confirmed and your code is delivered
Subscription benefits are limited to the subscribed account — codes are non-transferable

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to collect data from the platform without permission
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the service
Create multiple accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes
Share, resell, or redistribute paid content without authorization

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, algorithms, design, and software on StatPulse AI remain the exclusive property of StatPulse AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

StatPulse AI shall not be liable for betting losses, lost profits, indirect damages, service interruptions, or third-party payment failures.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Paystack — processes your subscription payment. Receives your name, email, phone, and payment details only at the moment of purchase.
Termii — delivers your access code SMS. Receives your phone number and the message content.
Sendexa — backup SMS provider (used only if Termii is unavailable).
Supabase — secure database hosting our user and subscription records.
Vercel — serverless backend infrastructure.
Netlify — static website hosting.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party behavioural tracking. Our internal analytics record only country, hour-of-day, and approximate device type — never your personal identity.

5. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. All data is transmitted over secure encrypted connections. We do not store your payment card details.

6. DATA RETENTION

We only keep your information for as long as necessary to provide our service. You may contact us at any time to request removal of your information.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

8. COOKIES

Our platform uses minimal browser storage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel).

Because StatPulse AI provides immediate access to digital services, subscriptions are generally non-refundable after activation.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable once an access code has been delivered and activated. This is because digital content is delivered immediately upon activation.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND SITUATIONS

We will review refund requests in the following cases:

You paid but did not receive your access code within 24 hours
The platform was inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours during your subscription
You were charged twice for the same subscription

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Dissatisfaction with analytics outcomes
Change of mind after access code activation
Subscription unused before expiry
Termination due to Terms of Service violations

4. HOW TO REQUEST
